Laura McGuire – CEO, Co-Founder

Laura McGuire is a successful entrepreneur, having founded two companies in the lead management and demand generation industry. Along with Peter Kowalchuk, she is a co-founder of Qgenisys. Laura is an internationally recognized expert in demand generation and lead management and is a frequent speaker at industry and association meetings and conventions in the United States and abroad. She is on several boards of directors and consults on new-technology marketing both in the U.S. and Europe.

With more than 30 years of marketing experience, Peter likes to say that it’s his experience, not his age, that counts in the demand gen and lead management world. He has developed marketing and marketing support functions for divisions of large and mid-sized corporations in a variety of industries. He’s also served as a business and marketing consultant for start-up companies. A past winner of the Direct Marketing Association’s Diamond Echo Award, he co-founded Qgenisys in 2000 and frequently shares his marketing experiences through high-profile speaking engagements at national and regional marketing conferences.

Greg heads up our Wideforce Search Engine Optimization service offering. He’shas  been doing search engine optimization since 1995, before Google even existed. He leads the Wideforce SEO expert team who to ensures that our clients’s websites get seen by the search engines, which leads to increasedhave increasing traffic, which leads to  and more conversions to leads and, in the end, increased sales. Greg also has an uncanny ability to find ways to bring technology to play to automate processes. He’s done just that with our SEO process and, in the process, has made SEO affordable to small and medium-size business, that, until now couldn’t afford this valuable service. Before joining Qgenisys, Greg started International Webworks, a company…founded several businesses that provided SEO services and lead generation services to the realty and lending industries.

Meg is our resident "people person" and a 15-year veteran of marketing and consulting. She leads the Client Services Team in implementing the measurable marketing processes and programs that improve marketing ROI for our clients. Before joining Qgenisys in 2002, Meg led a team to revamp and rollout new rapid implementation methodologies at JD Edwards (now Oracle). She started her career at Quark, Inc., where she learned the ropes of marketing and sales. It’s no quirk that after working for Quark, Meg finds herself a valued leader at Qgenisys!
